We recently had the valuable opportunity to participate in a two-day Finance Capacity Building Workshop, facilitated by The HALO Trust as part of the Mine Action and Cluster Munitions (MACM) III Project, generously funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
The sessions focused on strengthening our core systems, covering financial management, compliance, procurement, reporting, and internal controls. For the MILE team, this was a fantastic chance to align on key financial processes, review lessons learned, and build a clear action plan for greater efficiency and accountability.
